Meg introduces a new series of abstract paintings with imagery of people, places and things. "We all share the same planet and skies. We all have the same needs, yet our experiences are dramatically different". The paintings are purposely created to allow the viewer to search for their own meanings in the work.
Fred Krakowiak, author, artist, Africa guide and educator is here September 1st for an evening of sharing art techniques working with dye on silk and displaying his unique glass art together with selected additional pieces. While sharing stories of his adventures in Africa as a guide he will complete a dye on silk painting that evening with brilliant hues. His artwork will be on display thru November.
Fred Krakowiak, author of The Artist’s Safari, Africa: An Artist’s Safari and Tracking Your Inner Maverick is recognized as a leading wildlife artist as well as a safari expert. His artwork is commissioned internationally by both private and corporate collectors. He creates vibrant paintings and sculptures of wildlife from Africa and wildlife of the world by capturing them in motion from his experiences in nature. Blessed with the gift of an artist’s eye, he is able to detail every nuance of the animal’s existence with his art and sculptures.
Krakowiak’s artwork illustrates that what is missing is as important as what remains. This skill allows viewers to participate in the artwork by filling in the missing details with their imagination and experience the power of action at that exact moment of passion.
Krakowiak loves sharing his experiences with adults and especially children and has lectured on safari’s and wildlife and helped educate children throughout the world including Rwanda, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Canada and here in many statesArizona, California, Ohio, Nevada and Kentucky.
